Adapters and different plug systems are available at reception.

We will be happy to provide you with additional blankets and pillows on request.

The next cash machines are 500m from the hotel in the branch of the Kasseler Bank, Wilhelmshöher Allee 272.

Charging Station/Electric cars – There is a charging stating for electric cars on the right side of the main hotel entrance.

We have 6 conference rooms with a capacity of up to 60 people. We will be happy to put together an individual offer for you.

Departure – We would ask you to vacate your room by 11.00am. Please inform reception if you would like to stay longer. If the room is vacated later, we will charge the day-use rate up to 6.00pm and the full room rate after 6.00pm.

Dogs are very welcome in our hotel. Please kindly understand that pets are not allowed in the breakfast area.

Fire – Please take note of the information and escape routes. Candles, naked lights and using small electric or camping stoves in the room are prohibited by law. It is forbidden to use the lifts if a fire alarm sounds.

Reception will be happy to provide you with hygiene articles on request.

Internet – our entire hotel is equipped with Wi-Fi. You will find access details & the password in your key card holder.

There are irons & ironing boards for your use on each floor.

Laundry service from Monday to Friday. Please give your laundry to reception together with the fully completed laundry list by 9.00am. Your laundry will be returned to you by 7.00pm of the same day.

Luggage can be left in our luggage room at reception.

Minibar – please let us know what you have consumed when you check out.

Newspapers & magazines are available at reception.

Tram 1 goes to the Wilhelmshöhe Railway Station every 15 minutes during the day. Travelling by taxi to the Wilhelmshöhe Railway Station takes about 5 minutes.

Parking lots – We offer free parking lots in front as well as behind the hotel to our guest. The price per day for parking in the underground car park is 15 €.

Our shoe polishing machines are located at the lift on each floor.

No smoking – all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. There are benches and ashtrays for smokers in front of and behind the hotel.

We will be happy to order a taxi for you. You will usually need to wait 5-10 minutes.
